Who am I
Why should you trust this Polish woman teaching Italian?
If you don’t know me, ciao! I’m Katarzyna Ciszewska. I’m an Italian as a foreign language teacher, a DILS-PG certificate-qualified trainer, and a CELI certificate examiner. I have two Master’s degrees: in Italian Language and Anthropology.
I have been teaching Italian for almost 20 years, and I am the owner of an online Italian school, AL DENTE. I work there with 16 native speaker teachers, and every day we teach adults how to communicate effectively and fluently in Italian. My school has been operating since 2010.
✉️ I have been creating newsletters and preparing materials for intermediate and advanced Italian learners since the beginning of 2025.

For me, languages are a way of life, not just academic theory.
I speak English🇬🇧 and Italian🇮🇹, have a solid basis in Spanish🇪🇸 and Georgian🇬🇪. I’m currently learning German🇩🇪 (B1). Recently, my heart beats faster for Hindi🇮🇳.
Because I’m quite a busy person, I know exactly what it’s like when you want to achieve something, but only have a couple of minutes free.
